SHIPPING

Is shipping included?
Per-box shipping is an additional cost and calculated at check out- we are constantly trying to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.

Where do you ship?
We ship Australia- wide. International Shipping is available- email us at hello@bowerbox.com.au for an accurate international shipping quote.

How far in advance do I need to order for my gift to arrive in time?
Orders will be processed within 24 hours and take 2-6 business days to ship via standard shipping, depending on where it’s going. If you need a miracle, send us an email at hello@bowerbox.com.au and we will do our best!

Can I express post?
Yes you can. Choose the Express Post option at checkout and your order will be processed and sent within 24 hours and will arrive in accordance with Australia Post’s Express Post conditions- please see here for information on express post delivery times and conditions https://auspost.com.au/sending/send-within-australia/delivery-speeds-and-coverage.

Can I arrange for a bowerbox to arrive on a particular day (my friend’s birthday, a special anniversary etc)?
I’m sorry, we will always do our best but can’t make any guarantees. We suggest you see our next note on delivering for a specific day.

I don’t want them to open it until a specific day! What do I do?
If that’s the case, please use the notes section when ordering to let us know what the occasion is (birthday, anniversary, etc.) and we’ll add our custom-designed “DO NOT OPEN UNTIL ____” sticker to the front of their package.

What if my box doesn’t get to the address I shipped it to?
Once a box leaves us and its tracking number becomes active, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility. We take no responsibility for items that go missing or are delayed due to incorrect address details. Please ensure that your delivery address has been entered correctly before finalising your order. We will certainly do all in our power to help you locate the parcel or lodge a complaint with the appropriate carrier.

What if my box is saying its been delivered but the recipient never got it?
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. A signature is required to receive all bowerboxes otherwise a card will be left and the recipient will be required to pick up from a local collection point.

INSIDE THE BOX

Can I include a personalised, hand-written message inside the box?
Every bowerbox includes a hand-written personalized note- you provide us with the message, and we will get our best handwriting game on! Our bowerbox blank card is included in your bowerbox gift wrap package or you can choose to buy a gorgeous Blushing Confetti card at checkout if you’d like.

Will you include receipts in the box?
No. We never include receipts or prices inside any of our boxes.

How will the box be presented and what will be inside?
We take great pride in the beautiful presentation of your bowerbox and will spend time making sure your gift is beautifully wrapped in a bowerbox nest for protection with tissue paper inside our trademark blue bowerbox which is then tied with ribbon. Exactly what you see and choose will be exactly what they get. No surprises here! On the very rare occasion that we are out of stock on a particular item, one of our gifting specialists will personally contact you with options of equal or greater value (and aesthetic).

How often do you update products?
Oh constantly! We are always on the look out for new products and adding to our gift portfolio as well as creating updated boxes and bringing you lots of innovations in gifting!
